The Ministry of Housing has continued to hand over housing units in a number of its ready projects in several cities and governorates of the Kingdom, indicating that the deliveries of these units to citizens are carried out immediately after the completion of the reservation and the signing of the final contract.
The ministry said that the hand over is continuing in the projects of Qunfudhah, Arar, Dawadmi, Thadig, Ramah, Al Khobar, Al Mubarraz, Bisha, Sabya and Al Makhwah. Stressing that delivery procedures take place after the beneficiary has completed the booking procedures and signed his final contract. The projects of the Ministry of Housing are distributed to ready-made housing units in a number of cities and governorates of the Kingdom, where the Ministry announced 20 projects including residential villas with an area of 500 square meters per villa, as part of its projects in the "sakani" program launched during 2017, Infrastructure, public utilities, sidewalks, lighting and electricity and water services, as well as green areas, public parks and children's playgrounds. It also includes mosques and grand mosques, and the allocation of sites for government agencies from educational and health facilities and others.
These projects are part of the "sakani" program, which recently announced the completion of the booking of more than 70% of the units in the ready projects, as part of the first phase, and coincides with the launch of a number of housing projects under construction "off-plan sales" during the past two months Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Yanbu, Dammam and Khobar provide more than 25,000 housing units ranging from villas, apartments and townhouses with prices ranging from 250,000 to 750,000.
The Ministry recently announced the completion of booking for a number of projects such as AL Medina projects, and another in Riyadh, and a large demand for the rest of the projects, where the booking rates exceeded the majority of the 50 percent.
